Authenticity of Recovery LLC.  is dedicated to and fueled by the loving memory of my twin sister and all those who have lost their battle with mental health challenges.

If you have never known the weight of being deep in the darkness of mental illness, then consider yourself lucky.

I am committed to successfully creating what my sister needed and what so many people in the world need. A platform of "Possibilities". A mirror to reflect the reality of how much people can overcome. The finding of hope, for those that have lost all hope. The grip for those that don't know what else to hang onto. 

As well as the belief in the unbelievable. 

You never know what kind of internal battles people are fighting. To all those who have dedicated their lives to become advocates for mental health
