Children & Teens are also affected by mental health challenges. This youth led program allows them to open up and express their thoughts and feelings in a safe space, where they can feel seen, heard, loved and understood.  

 This student, parent, educator and community collaborative program provides the essence of inspiration, artistic expression and mental health elevation from grade schools to collegiate institutions. All are welcome to take part in this electrifying program to aid both students and adults in how they see themselves and each other.
